A 34-year-old Lafayette man riding a motorcycle allegedly pulled out a handgun and shot at two other motorcyclists at the intersection of 18th and Everett streets Sept. 14 between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
The victims reportedly told the man, Keylin Holly, to stop following them when they stopped at the intersection the shooting took place, according to a probable cause affidavit filed Wednesday.
When Lafayette police were on their way to the original shooting location, they reportedly received more calls of shots fired in the area of South 28th and Kossuth streets.

As with news reporting, courts recognize the important First Amendment values at stake and usually deny efforts by trademark owners to encroach on legitimate commentary and criticism. Additionally, courts are likely to find that your use of a trademark in commentary or criticism is “not in connection with a good or service” and “noncommercial” (the argument is especially strong for the latter category). But note that some courts may find your use of a trademark for criticism and commentary to be commercial if you host advertising or link to commercial websites. In any event, to defeat a trademark dilution claim, you do not even need to show that your use is noncommercial. The federal dilution statute creates a categorical exemption for “criticizing . . . or commenting upon the famous mark owner or the goods or services of the famous mark owner.” 15 U.S.C. § 1125(c)(3)(A)(ii). 🔥

When you are doing drive byes that's what gangs do and the local media sees it that way. We all know there are normal blue collar workers in these clubs. But there is also hardcore violent people. So the charter president should be held accountable for all his members. My take on a gang and a club is ..in a gang there is no out..in club there is. Two people I know here in Southern California left in good standing after they were married with kids and the cops raided them twice and they were never charged. So they went out in good standing. That would not happen in a gang.

Damnit, Hollywood, you got your correction wrong! Yesterday's video was about the LONE WOLF MOTORCYCLE CLUB, not the Loners MC. Lone Wolf MC is an old 1% club in Australia, and that's who the story was about. The Loners started in Canada but do have chapters in Australia. They're not the same club.
The Loners M.C are at war with outlaws rite now. The Loners MC is canadian founded club from Woodbridge Ontario Canada with 16 chapters n aligned with The Vagos, Bandidos, The Annialators Mc and a cpl more small groups. The loners mc set fire to the Outlaws club house with 12 other homes catching on fire with women n children running out. VERY messy and dumb of Loners to do that. Then met up to talk about it and 2 ppl were shot n 1 stabbed. Don't know what the Loners were thinking thinking. Outlaws have 4 chapters JUST near me. I saw a meth cook run across the street charred being put in a ambulance n 2 days later I saw sgt at arms for Loners mc drive by the house. NEVER even knew they existed. Look it up I.T its in the paper on google. Thats why the Mongols can't move in to Canada their too strong here. Ive mentioned this b4 on ur channel I.T and ull see what they burnt down to the ground.
