I'm an AUSSIE and we got a similar shit laws that see brothers open to incarceration even when wearing nothing considered to be "Gang Paraphernalia" whether it be their cut or a belt buckle, ring etc. But because they now consider those members AND "associates" who the cops believe to be known to them "in their opinion" so for just talking to each other in the street could be arrested & detained in custody under a law that prohibits association! Broadbeach 10 min from where I live, where the Banditos were one afternoon on that day a member apparently saw a bloke who had a bone to pick with and he on his own went and confronted him gave him a clip round the head and the bloke cried ran to the coppers. So they turned up and I don't know just if the other members were there or came after the touch up? But by the time the dogs got there they were completely outnumbered and they come at them as they do, all this! Kinda attitude. They couldn't do a lot a few got touched up for just being cockheads. It was on video, and the coppers were antagonistic and then we had a period of VLAD Laws so they had no club houses shut down. Was ILLEGAL to wear anything considered paraphernalia. They also went as far as to issue members in prison pink clothing, not to mention the shit harassment that ensued of which I felt the pointy end from even had em just lob at my home looking for firearms put holes in the wall and fucken left. I was actually a lucky one as over the years I've become close to a man who is now a top criminal Barrister who I have on speed dial. So there were times I'd call whilst getting ramped on the side of the road. I would laugh coz I'd say gidday mate I'm here with me mates for no reason again. And he'd say give em the phone. So fucken funny to see coppers do a Marcelle marso that mime. Coz they'd shut up not a god damn word wave their hands no no no, and motion to me I could go. It's the little things right! 😎 anyway. I'd go after I got their details, even had one try and mispell his name and badge number. Not forgetting the fact it's discriminatory and profiling and reeks of presumption of guilty prior to investigation!

Unfortunately in today's day and age in the United States of America we have people out there a good majority of the public that feels if somebody accuses you of something you are automatically guilty. And unfortunately this is how our government has been Working. I notice because I've been a victim of it did 6 months in federal prison because I stuck up for my rights. The other big problem is most people who own bikes today in the United States do not even ride they run around and CALL. themselves bikers, And They don't even ride And unfortunately they run around call each other brothers and Don't even even have a Clue Of what real brotherhood is.
