I don't want to come across as a dick on my previous comment. You have always put forth a lot of good information on your vids. It's needed. I was trying to make a point about constitutional rights.
I'm going to stop your vid at 44 sec. You say Utah cops profiled MC's and violated their constitutional rights. Yet if I want to start a %1 club the other clubs violate my constitutional right by threatening me. This is hypothetical situation based on hypocritical attitudes. Iv'e been riding for 30 years and have had friends in a %1 club.. At the local level they both agreed that they got profiled but it came with the club. These were smart guys and were never charged with anything more than misdemeanor and never convicted.
There crooked in every co. And state hollywood that work for the law enforcement entities and gov smh
I hope they keep profiling to keep the public safe. Whether it’s illegals, Muslims, street gangs or MC’s. Sure most are harmless but with a proven track record of violence from such groups I’d rather them be safe than sorry.

Biker Profiling has to stop before something terrible goes wrong and the 1% draw the line.
Profiling is slowly getting back to 1970's levels. The weak will leave, the real will ride. The difference from the 1960's–1970's is the ability L.E. to both collect, store, disseminate this info via various State & Federal data bases in addition to regional 'Fusion Centers', and in the age of information they are winning the perception think Media war.
As you clearly demonstrated Hollywood, the use of possible m.v. violations is a premise for m.v. stops and subsequent profiling is a common tactic. Issuing summons for P.H. wearing Cuts has already been proven illegal and needs to be challenged in Court each time (1st A). I don't see or hear of any Street gang members getting tickets from patrol, Gang units as much as bikers, hmmm, wonder why?

So clubs feel their constitutional rights were violated, well karma is a bitch,now they know what it feel like when clubs violate other clubs constitutional rights by denying to have their own clubs or making them pay dues or have to be support clubs or get a blessing WTF is that "a blessing" the only blessing I'd want is from God. Can you imagine that all type of clubs would act as motorcycle club do. The yacht club the book club the ladies bridge club ….etc . Hollywood, I saw a video on the motorcycle profiling project YouTube Channel. The Cop blatantly told a man and woman in the video asked if they were being stopped because they’re Bikers. I have several bikes,all cruiser/touring. I jump on my 72 shovel cops looking at me. I jump on my electra,all cops look at my bike. I jump on my Kawasaki, nothing. It's amazing,only been pulled over in my 72,ever.
How do we as a community – club members and independents make more significant ground on fighting this profiling? MPP is working extremely hard on these issues but how to we make that go further?
I'm not a club member or an official hang-around. But often go on runs with some. I got pulled over 3 times in one day while solo riding. Since I'm a felon I'm used to this b.s. .
